This assignment is intended for middle school students in a math class. The students will work on individual math and computing skills, as well as team work.
Students should be allowed approximately 45 minutes to an hour work on their individual tasks, and about the same time to collaborate as a group.
The first and most important part of the project is ensuring that the students have met the budget requirments of the family while meeting the needs of the requests.
The students should produce a quality brochure, showing that time was spent on a looking for a quality vacation for the smith family.
