You should use the Expedia website to check airfares for each destination. Check if prices vary depending on which weekend you will go or even different times of the day. You will need to work with your group to be sure that the price of the plane tickets and the price of the hotel fits inside the budget of $4,000, with at least $1,000 leftover.
